Shipping Policy

Delivery services are available within Malaysia only.

We will ship to the billing or shipping address provided during your purchase. Customers must ensure that accurate and complete delivery information, including a reachable contact number, is provided when placing an order. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. LifeBeat Technologies Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Any re-delivery attempt due to incorrect address details will be subject to additional shipping charges.

If you wish to request a change of shipping address, please email aed@myheartaed.com.my within twelve (12) hours from order submission. Requests made after twenty-four (24) hours may incur additional shipping charges and may not be guaranteed.

Orders are typically processed within three (3) to five (5) business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. For certain medical devices, standard delivery lead time may range from eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks upon confirmation of purchase order, subject to stock availability and supplier schedules.

Standard delivery within Peninsular Malaysia typically takes two (2) to five (5) working days after dispatch. Additional logistics, insurance, and handling charges may apply for deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak, and such charges will be communicated during order confirmation.

Once goods are handed over to our appointed courier partner, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS where available. Delivery is typically conducted during normal business hours on working days.

While we work with reputable logistics providers, LifeBeat Technologies Sdn. Bhd. shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier services, force majeure events, customs clearance (if applicable), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided. Ownership of goods remains with LifeBeat Technologies Sdn. Bhd. until full payment has been received.
